Henry Company Homes, based in Pace, Florida, is an award-winning new home builder who focuses on making the process of building a new home an enjoyable experience. We strive to create quality new homes that provide tremendous value to our homeowners, the neighborhood, and the communities in which we build. Family-owned Henry Company Homes is committed to giving you the time, attention, and care you need to build your new home.

Henry Company Homes began in 1983 when Susan and Edwin Henry used their own home as a model and sales office. In the three decades since they have been in business, they have built more than 12,000 new residential homes in Northwest Florida while developing 90 individual neighborhoods that focus on the needs of their owners, neighbors and the communities in which they live. In addition, the Henry Family has lived in most of the floor plans they have designed and have a unique perspective of what works for a busy, working family to live in a Henry Company Home. It's the reason they design and build every new home like they were building their own home.

Edwin and Susan Henry believe in giving back to the communities we build in. From our past work with Habitat for Humanity - where Mr. Henry once held the world record to completing a new home build in 1 day and has built 13 Habitat for Humanity Homes! - our involvement with industry building organizations, local Chambers of Commerce and community organizations like Toys for Tots and local church and charity organizations that support the sick and impoverished in our area, and as enthusiastic supporters of local sports teams and school organizations across Northwest Florida.

We also keep involved with the neighborhoods we establish in our communities, most recently through establishing Facebook pages for our current neighborhoods so new owners can meet their neighbors online and exchange information for those new to the area, like child care providers, job opportunities, favorite restaurants and shopping opportunities, even neighborhood cleanup efforts to show the pride you feel in your home and your neighborhood.

When you select one of our distinctive neighborhoods and floor plans, you're not just choosing a house - you're giving us your trust to build you a new home you look forward to coming home to every day. That is your challenge to us, but it is one that we've excelled at time and time again over three decades. We'll even toot our own horn and mention that we've won an impressive number of awards over the years including 49 Parade of Homes awards, but our biggest source of pride comes from the quality of the new homes we build and the happiness of the families we build them for.

Visit one of our models along Northwest Florida in Pace, Milton, Gulf Breeze or Crestview. We invite you to "Inspect Our Quality" where we explain and show you our building process and why building with Henry Company Homes is not just a good decision now, but will continue to be a good decision years from now. We always build to code, and in many cases, we are proud to lead the local building industry in building beyond current code so your home will have better resale value in the future.

Our customer support, on-site development and our quest for building excellence are unparalleled in the industry. To back up that claim - we've been certified by the Bonded Builder's Warranty Group to be Claims Free since 1990! We're very proud of that accomplishment and it gives you an additional 10-year bonus warranty when you build with Henry Company Homes.

Your new home will be a source of pride and satisfaction for years to come and we thank you for your trust and allowing us to be part of your family!

"Beautiul Home, they don't build homes like this in Texas! We appreciate Mr. Henry and Larry Boling for helping us get in our home one month earlier than planned! Also, we're thankful to Ms. Bonnie Combs, our Realtor, for coming through in the clutch yet again. More importantly, thanks to the good Lord for finding this wonderful home!"
